Lodging

Do you need someplace to stay?  It's a complicated decision! We're going to set up a bus or at least a carpool between Minneapolis and the wedding venue, so that people staying in the cities can have a safe ride back after the event.
Here are some lodging options in Minneapolis:

Holiday Inn Express, 225 South 11th Street, Minneapolis MN
Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, 1300 Nicollet Street South, Minneapolis MN
Sheraton Minneapolis Midtown Hotel, 2901 Chicago Avenue South, Minneapolis MN
Bed and Breakfasts -- there are a number in the city. I can help you with a Google search if you would like.

But if that isn't attractive to you, you might consider spending the night of the 12th  in Hastings, MN, which is a shorter trip.  Chris' mom has reserved a block of rooms at the Americinn in Hastings-- ask for the Thompson / Anthony wedding group.  They'll be available for sure until April 12th.
Americinn, 2400 Vermillion Street, Hastings, MN

And yet another option is to camp or stay at a camper cabin -- Afton State Park, our favorite getaway for hiking, is a 30 minute drive from the wedding location, and has a number of campsites and also camper cabins that can be reserved in advance through the DNR.  http://www.dnr.state.mn.us/state_parks/afton/index.html

Please let us know if you have questions or need more information!
